Monolith has released a 18 minute trailer for their upcoming game Project Origin on IGN
Apprantely production on Project Origin has been doing well! Monolith has released on IGN's website an 18 minute long gameplay trailer for the upcoming sequel to FEAR named Project Origin. The video is supposed to be the first 18 minutes of the game and it takes place in the hospital. The games visuals look great, but I have to say not THAT much better then the original FEAR. However, the environments seem to be extremely interactive with it seeming like you'll be able to blow apart everything that's around you. And even though the actual game doesn't look that much more incredibly better then the original FEAR, it still look really good. On top of this FEAR had extremely good graphics, so even if the sequel is only a little bit better in the graphics department, that's still pretty damn good. The level that is show takes place in a hospital as our hero wakes up in a hospital bed surrounded by death and destruction. The game seems to follow the FEAR design in the sense of you walk around the inside of a building blasting away swat team looking enemies. Hopefully though, this game will be far less repetitive then the original FEAR which was still a lot of fun, even though you felt like you had been staring at the same office space of cubicles for the fiftith time. Anyway, here's the video as posted on YouTube (in two parts):
