A sequel to the video game Far Cry is currently in development, check out the screenshot!

Far Cry 2 has been announced and a few screenshots have been released, and already the game looks absolutely beautiful.

 The game isn't being developed by Crytek this time.  I guess Crytek is done with the Far Cry franchise and are all about Crysis now.  However, they did have the good mind to sell the development rights to Ubisoft, which I think is a great video game developing company.  If anyone could make a sequel to Far Cry other then Crytek it would be Ubisoft in my opinion.

Apparently this game will not take place on a tropical island as before, but instead in an African savanah/jungle/desert environment.
